Your mind knows you're safe now. Your body hasn't caught up yet.

Calm rarely feels safe to you, even with no threat in sight.

There’s a constant tightness in your body; you can never fully exhale.

In ordinary moments, something feels off. You are constantly braced, waiting for the other shoe drop or something you can’t quite name.

You spend a lot of energy tracking how you’re coming across, reading the room, staying alert. It’s exhausting carrying that level of tension all the time.

Feeling comfortable in your own skin shouldn’t be this hard to find.

It feels like everyone sees right through you.

You worry that people can read your thoughts or they just know.

Know what happened. Know that you don’t feel like you belong. Know that you’re an imposter.

It makes it hard to settle in, even around people you care about.

Conversations get filtered, parts of you stay hidden, and there’s a sense of needing to stay one step ahead of being discovered and rejected for being broken.

The Past Is Always Present

The nightmares still show up, even though what happened was a long time ago.

Nights turn into hours of lying awake, replaying it all – what happened, what didn’t happen, what should have been different.

The same questions come back: Why didn’t I fight back? Why didn’t I say no? Why didn’t I leave?

That shame is a familiar companion.

You've carried this alone too long.

You’ve handled this on your own most of your life.

Part of you hoped it would fade with time.

Another part wasn’t sure it was safe, or even possible, to say any of this out loud.

So you keep it quiet, private, hope it will heal on its own.

But deep down, there’s a sense that it hasn’t really shifted in the way you needed it to.

It doesn't have to stay this way.

Imagine waking up without that sense of dread. Maybe for the first time, there's a moment of noticing: things don't bother me the way they used to.

Picture feeling more at ease in your body. Connecting with people without needing to hide parts of yourself just to fit in. A growing sense of wholeness, safety from the inside, and more confidence in how you move through the world.

Transformation is possible.
And you don't have to do it alone.

Hi, I'm Thomas.

As a former competitive gymnast, I’ve always been drawn to the connection between body and mind. My background naturally led me to a deeper interest in embodiment – how the nervous system holds onto experiences, and how the body learns what feels safe and what feels dangerous, often without us even realizing it.

I specialize in working with sexual and developmental trauma using strategies from Somatic Experiencing, a body-based approach to healing. This isn’t just something I’ve studied. It’s something I’ve experienced firsthand, both as a client and as a practitioner.

I’ve seen how powerful this work can be in helping people move through developmental wounds, sexual trauma, and single-event experiences in a way that actually creates lasting change.

Using active, practical tools – movement, imagery, and somatic awareness – we’ll help shift what’s happening beneath the surface. The goal isn’t just insight, but real change: easing anxiety and depression, building a stronger sense of safety and calm, working through shame, and helping you reconnect with your self-worth so you can show up more fully in your relationships and your life.
